Product Quality
In the Input Quality Control of the components that make up the product, tests are carried out in accordance with the Quality plans with advanced test equipment and instruments, sampling method and 100% control is carried out when necessary.
In Final Quality Control Tests, visual and electrical controls (CE tests) specified in TS 2000 EN 60335-1, TS EN 50419, TS 10316 EN 60204-1 standards are carried out 100% to ensure the reliability of our products.

3. Establishing a Culture of Occupational Health and Safety
To take necessary precautions for employees and contractors regarding work accidents, physical and mental health, and occupational diseases, and to ensure safe environments.
To provide the necessary resources and training to develop, establish, and ensure the continuity of Occupational Health and Safety awareness.
To ensure the consultation and participation of our employees and employee representatives in all aspects of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
To prepare and implement an Occupational Health and Safety emergency plan in the organization.
4. Risk-Based Continuous Improvement and Development
To continuously improve the performance of our Occupational Health and Safety Management System and Environmental Management System by conducting risk analysis with the participation of our employees, eliminating or minimizing risks (causes, hazards) that could lead to work and environmental accidents, and setting appropriate targets in this regard.
