Under Article 11 of the KVKK Law, data owners have the following rights:

  • To learn whether their personal data is processed,
  • To request information about whether their personal data has been processed,
  • To learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
  • To know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred domestically,
  • To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and to request that this correction be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To request deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons for processing are no longer valid, and to request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
  • To object to a result that arises from the solely automated processing of personal data that may have adverse effects on the individual,
  • To request compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your requests regarding these rights by filling out the Company’s Relevant Person Application Form, which will be linked, and sending it to us. Your request will be concluded within 30 days, and a response will be sent to you. In principle, requests are free of charge; however, if fulfilling the request incurs costs, a fee may be charged as per the “Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller,” Article 7, which states that “no fee will be charged for responses up to 10 pages. A fee of 1 TL may be charged for each additional page beyond 10 pages. If the response is provided on a storage medium such as a CD or flash drive, the fee charged by the data controller cannot exceed the cost of the storage medium.”
